Uniformed Cleveland Grays marched alongside the Cleveland Division of the Naval Sea Cadet Corps during the 2024 St. Patrick’s Day parade in Downtown Cleveland.

Cleveland Grays Founders’ Day Dinner & Unwritten History Lecture

The 2024 Unwritten History Lecture Series kicked off with a celebration of the Cleveland Grays 187th birthday, honoring all our members past and present. Our featured speaker was Cleveland Grays’ own Dr. George Vourlojianis who spoke on the history of the Cleveland Grays.


The Cleveland Grays Toast to the New Year

The Cleveland Grays Armory Museum host a toast to the new year with members, family, friends, and Museum partners in early January. Food and the famous “artillery punch” are always a staple!


The Cleveland Grays & The Cleveland Ballet - Annual Nutcracker Photo Op

The Cleveland Grays partner with the Cleveland Ballet during the holidays to provide a photo opportunity in the lobby of the Playhouse Square theaters before shows of The Nutcracker. Families love to take photos with “real-life” nutcrackers!


Annual Historic Tea

Since 2019, and after a brief hiatus from 2020 to 2021, the Cleveland Grays Historic Tea Committee has hosted an annual historic tea. The event features a high tea along with a historic lecture as well as a variety of raffles supporting the Armory.


Sousa Live at the Armory - April 2023

Over three-hundred music and history enthusiasts enjoyed the free concert at the Cleveland Grays Armory Museum performed by the Hometown Concert Band of the Cleveland Federation of Musicians, Local 4, with accompaniment on the Wurlitzer Theater Organ by the Western Reserve Theater Organ Society. The concert honored the 24 concerts John Phillip Sousa performed at the Armory between 1898 - 1907.


Cleveland Veterans’ Day - November 2018

The Cleveland Grays participated in the Veterans’ Day ceremony at the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument in Public Square in Downtown Cleveland.


Cleveland Indians Game - Summer 2018

The Cleveland Grays had the opportunity to present the colors during the opening of a Cleveland Indians (now Guardians) in summer 2018.
